Return and Replacement

Please check your order as soon as you receive them. We accept returns and replacement of damaged products under the following conditions: (Cabinet and Flooring Accessories are NOT returnable)

  • All returns will be only left as STORE CREDIT

  • Must be returned within 21 days of original purchase and unopened

  • All return items must be in its original packaging

  • All return items will be inspected; if they have been installed you will not be able to return/exchange it

  • 30% Restocking fee for all returns

  • Deposits are NOT refundable

Damaged Product

DellWood Kitchen & Floor guarantees that the product delivered are in good conditions and free of any damages. Please notify us immediately of any damages, wrong color and missing accessories within 3 days upon receiving your order. Please contact us at info@dellwoodkitchen.com

Ordered the incorrect size or extra item

If you mismeasure your kitchen & ordered the incorrect size/extra cabinet, contact us at info@dellwoodkitchen.com. We charge a 30% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Not satisfied with finish/style of the cabinets?

We highly recommend that you order a sample door or visit our showroom before purchasing any cabinets/flooring. However, if you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you can return them as long as they are not assembled, free of damage, and in the original packaging.
