Requesting Samples
We’re happy to provide flooring samples free of charge—just stop by our showroom to pick them up.
For cabinet samples, we charge a $15 fee per door sample. If the sample is returned in excellent condition within 21 days, we’ll refund the full amount with no restocking fee. Alternatively, if you place a kitchen order with us, we’ll deduct the $15 from your total.
Need a sample shipped? Just call or email us—we’re happy to send it your way. Please note: shipping costs will apply.
How to Request a Quote /Ready to Order?
Contact our sales team or submit a quote request through our website—we’ll provide detailed pricing based on your cabinet style and quantity. Already have a layout or design? Feel free to email it to us, and we’ll tailor your quote accordingly.
Start by browsing our wide selection of cabinets and flooring. When you're ready, give us a call—our sales team will help you build your order and provide a detailed quotation, along with a secure payment link or credit card authorization form. Once payment is confirmed, our warehouse will begin preparing your order.
How soon can I pick up my order?
We understand your time is valuable, so we work hard to minimize wait times at pickup. Just let us know your preferred day and time in advance, and we’ll have your order ready for a smooth and efficient experience.
Flooring orders are typically in stock; Orders can be prepared quickly—advance notice helps us ensure your pickup is fast and hassle-free.
Cabinet orders are typically in stock. To guarantee same-day pickup, place your order before 11:00 AM and it will be ready at or after 3:30 PM. Orders placed after 11:00 AM may still be fulfilled the same day, but if not, they’ll be ready the next business day. Your sales representative will confirm the earliest available pickup time.

Payment Methods Accepted
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, and MasterCard. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Checks are also accepted; however, if you need to pick up your order immediately, we recommend using a card. For check payments, your order will be released only after the check clears, which typically takes up to 3 business days.
What are RTA cabinets?
RTA (Ready To Assemble) cabinets are designed for homeowners, contractors and remodelers who want exceptional value without compromising on style. They're shipped flat-packed in protective boxes to minimize damage and reduce shipping cost. While RTA cabinets come in standard sizes, we provide a variety of configurations to fit most spaces. Assembly time depends on the cabinet size and your experience level.

Can I install RTA cabinets myself?
Yes! Many customers choose to install our RTA cabinets themselves. If you're not comfortable with DIY, we recommend hiring a professional installer. Don’t have a contractor? Give us a call—we offer assembly and installation packages in select areas. If we don’t service your location, we can recommend local installers who have experience with our cabinets. Please note: while we provide referrals, we encourage you to speak with the installer directly before making a decision, as we are not responsible for third-party services. Many customers also work with local handymen or contractors for installation.
Can I customize the size or layout?
RTA cabinets come in standard sizes, but we offer a variety of configurations to fit most spaces.
Return/Refund Policy
Store Credit Only: All approved returns will issued as store credit. No cash or credit card refunds
Original Invoice Required: Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Return Window: Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Moldings & Accessories: All moldings and accessories for cabinets and flooring are non-returnable.
Opened Boxes: Only unopened boxes in original condition are eligible for return or exchange.
Fees & Deposits:
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and exchanges.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
Measurement Responsibility:
DellWood Kitchen is not responsible for cabinet exchanges due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Do we Ship?
Yes we do!
Once items are paid in full, we will prepare your order for shipment and provide the necessary dimensions and weight for carrier arrangements.
Customers are responsible for selecting and coordinating with their own shipping carrier. All shipping costs must be paid directly to the carrier.
DellWood Kitchen & Floor inc does not arrange or pay for shipping services. Our role is limited to packaging the items securely for transit.
Palletization Fee
A pallet fee will apply to all shipments requiring palletization.
This fee varies based on the size and type of pallet used and will be calculated at the time of packaging.
